01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the pkzzz platform (available at pkzzz.net and any associated mobile or app-based interfaces), you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with all applicable policies incorporated by reference herein, including the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, any applicable game-specific rules, and the terms of any promotion in which you participate.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and pkzzz (the "Operator," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the pkzzz platform and close your account if one has been created.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience purposes, the English-language version shall always take precedence in the event of any inconsistency or dispute.

02 Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to register an account and participate in any real-money gaming or betting activity on the pkzzz platform. This age restriction is a firm requirement with no exceptions. pkzzz conducts age verification checks at account registration and at key account milestones, including but not limited to withdrawal requests above defined thresholds.

Any player found to be under the age of 21 at the time of registration or at any subsequent point will have their account immediately suspended and permanently closed. All funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the originating payment method, less any amounts already wagered. pkzzz reserves the right to retain any winnings generated during a period of underage use.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual natural person may hold only one active pkzzz account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device configurations — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent ban from the platform.

2.4 Personal Use Only

Your pkzzz account is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not register on behalf of another person, operate an account as an agent or representative, or allow any third party to access or use your account credentials under any circumstances.

03 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To open a pkzzz account, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure.

3.2 Verification (KYC)

pkzzz is required under its licensing obligations to verify the identity of all account holders. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (bank account statement, mobile wallet screenshot)
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by pkzzz's compliance team

Failure to provide requested verification documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality or account closure. pkzzz reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of identity verification.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkzzz account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. pkzzz will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact pkzzz support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. pkzzz may suspend your account pending investigation of any reported security breach.

3.4 Account Currency

All pkzzz accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Account currency cannot be changed after registration. All balances, transaction histories, wagering requirements, and promotional values are expressed and calculated in PKR.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

pkzzz accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank. Minimum deposit amounts apply per method and are displayed at the cashier page within the platform. Deposits are credited to your pkzzz balance in PKR upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability and verification requirements. Before any withdrawal is processed, pkzzz may require:

• Completion of full KYC identity verification
• Satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to your balance
• Confirmation that your account is in good standing with no open investigations or disputes
• Completion of any additional anti-money laundering (AML) checks required under pkzzz's compliance programme

4.3 Processing Times

Standard withdrawal requests are processed within one to three business days, subject to verification status. Expedited processing may be available for fully verified accounts. pkzzz will make reasonable efforts to process withdrawals promptly but does not guarantee specific processing timeframes where delays arise due to payment provider processing schedules, public holidays, or compliance requirements.

4.4 Currency and Fees

All transactions on pkzzz are denominated in PKR. pkzzz does not charge processing fees for standard deposits and withdrawals via supported Pakistani payment methods. Third-party fees imposed by payment providers are outside pkzzz's control and remain the responsibility of the player where applicable.

4.5 Dormant Account Policy

An account is considered dormant after twelve consecutive months of inactivity (no login, no deposit, no wagering activity). pkzzz reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee to dormant account balances as described in the cashier section of the platform. Players will be notified by email prior to any dormancy fees being applied.

05 Bonuses & Promotional Terms

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

pkzzz offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and sports betting promotions. All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside each respective promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your pkzzz account are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game contributions, and time limits for each bonus are stated in the promotion's specific terms. Until wagering requirements are fully met, bonus funds and associated winnings remain non-withdrawable.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

pkzzz actively monitors account activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing low-risk hedging bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, or systematically exploiting promotional structures. Where bonus abuse is detected, pkzzz reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings, and to close the account in question without prior notice.

5.4 Promotion Amendments

pkzzz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of its withdrawal will be subject to the terms applicable at the time of opt-in, provided those terms are not materially altered to the player's detriment without reasonable notice.

06 Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Integrity

All casino games available on the pkzzz platform — including live dealer tables, video slots, crash games such as Monster Crash, and all other titles — operate using certified random number generators (RNGs) or live streaming technology provided by licensed third-party game studios. pkzzz does not manipulate game outcomes. Results are determined solely by the underlying game mechanics and, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the game being streamed.

6.2 Game Rules

Each game on the pkzzz platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers. pkzzz accepts no responsibility for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

6.3 Malfunctions

In the event of a software or hardware malfunction that affects a game result or pay out calculation, the affected game round will be voided and any wagers placed during the malfunction will be returned to the player's account. pkzzz's decision regarding malfunction voids is final. Malfunctions void all pays and plays.

6.4 Disconnection

pkzzz is not liable for losses or disruptions caused by internet connectivity failures, mobile network outages, or device malfunctions on the player's side. Where a game round is interrupted due to a player-side disconnection, the outcome of that round will be determined according to the relevant game's disconnection policy as described in the game rules.

07 Sports Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All sports betting markets on pkzzz — including cricket, PSL fixtures, international Test matches, T20Is, ODIs, football, UFC, and other events — are subject to pkzzz's betting rules. A bet is only confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation and the stake is deducted from your account balance. pkzzz reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion.

7.2 Odds and Market Changes

Odds displayed on pkzzz are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended temporarily during significant match events. The odds at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet, regardless of subsequent market movements.

7.3 Event Cancellation and Postponement

If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before completion, pkzzz will settle affected bets in accordance with its standard sports betting rules. Generally, bets on events that do not start within a defined period after the scheduled start time will be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules vary by sport and market type and are available within the sports betting section of the platform.

7.4 Suspicious Activity and Match Integrity

pkzzz cooperates with relevant sports governing bodies and integrity organisations to monitor betting patterns consistent with match fixing or other forms of sports corruption. Where suspicious betting activity is identified, pkzzz reserves the right to suspend settlement of affected markets pending investigation, and to void bets where there is reasonable evidence of integrity breaches.

08 Responsible Gaming

pkzzz is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing a safe environment for all players. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and should never be treated as a method of generating income or recovering financial losses.

8.1 Available Tools

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all pkzzz account holders at no charge and without requiring prior approval from pkzzz:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the total amount you can lose within a defined time period. Useful for preventing unplanned session escalation.

• Registering or operating more than one account
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or other non-human means to interact with the platform
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, particularly in live dealer games
• Using the pkzzz platform for any form of money laundering or illicit financial activity
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the pkzzz platform's software or security systems
• Charging back, disputing, or reversing any deposit transaction after the deposited funds have been wagered
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct toward pkzzz staff or other players via live chat or any other communication channel
• Sharing access to your account with any third party for commercial purposes or remuneration

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the pkzzz platform — including but not limited to the pkzzz brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, written content, promotional materials, and underlying code — is the exclusive intellectual property of pkzzz or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pkzzz platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any pkzzz content without prior written authorisation from pkzzz.

Any unauthorised use of pkzzz's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your platform access and may give rise to civil or criminal liability under applicable intellectual property laws.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 Platform Availability

pkzzz makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside pkzzz's reasonable control may result in temporary service interruptions. pkzzz will not be liable for any losses arising from platform unavailability except where such unavailability results directly from pkzzz's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkzzz excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, and any financial losses beyond the value of funds held in your account at the time of the relevant event.

11.3 Maximum Liability Cap

In any event, pkzzz's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount of funds held in your pkzzz account at the time the claim arose, or PKR 50,000, whichever is lower, except where such a cap is prohibited by applicable mandatory law.

11.4 Third-Party Services

pkzzz is not responsible for the performance, availability, or security of third-party payment providers (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank), game studios, or any other third-party services integrated into the platform. Your use of such services is governed by the respective third party's own terms and conditions.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by pkzzz is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering on the pkzzz platform, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.

13 Account Termination

• Fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering

• Identification of the account holder as an excluded or self-excluded player

Where an account is closed by pkzzz due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, pkzzz reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Where closure occurs for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any remaining balance will be returned in full subject to standard verification procedures.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
